Her dedicated commitment to the community is evident in her voluntary roles as a Head Start Parent Involvement Coordinator, Read 2 Win Coach, Girl Scout Leader, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. A proven leader, Kelicia is an active member of her church, serving as the President of the Scholarship Committee, President of the Biblical Counseling Ministry, and Sunday School & Bible Study Teacher.
Kelicia understands the need to
engage our youth as well. She is a
Certified Counselor and a volunteer at
our schools. She has held numerous
coaching positions including High
School Softball and Youth Basketball.
The citizens of Precinct 6 deserve a
visible leader; a Constable available to
all constituents. Kelicia has a proven
record of fostering community
engagement in collaboration with state
and county governments.
In her current position with The Office of Attorney General of Texas, she uses her investigative skills to help Deputy Constables and The State Fugitive Unit perform their daily tasks. As a Parent Coordinator, she was responsible for supervision, coordination, and managing an annual program budget.
Kelicia L. Lyons is the mother of four and a grandmother of three beautiful girls.
